Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products sold by Sustainafit Fitness do not include a manufacturer's warranty.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@sustainafit.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Normal Wear and Tear

This policy does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper use of the product
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Failure to follow product instructions

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, warranties do not apply to downloadable products, guides, workout plans, or other digital content.
